Your personnel, Rory & Michael, did a fantastic job getting our junk out of the basement, house and yard. They worked quickly and very professionally. Nothing was damaged as they had to move a very old and large refrigerator out of the basement with the steps having a mid platform where it had to be pivoted 180 degrees to be removed. The estimate was agreed and the price was reasonable. Note, Meghan had explained the service in great detail including the pricing. We felt very confident in our choice of "Junk Luggers". Will definitely use them again for any future cleanups. Kudos for a job well done. Thank you again.

It is difficult to clear out a home after the death of a family member. Of the three companies I contacted Junkluggers were by far the kindest and most respectful, even the person at the call center offered his condolences. I called Junkluggers and found them to be very careful to assess what I needed and explain how they could help me and what the costs would be for the various services in light of their experience with my particular situation as it related to their previous experience with others in similar conditions. It was a small move but not a simple move due to the complexity of the facilities they needed to enter and the Covid restrictions in those facilities. By relating the benefit of their previous experience I was better prepared when they arrived. That made the move and removal of items go very smooth and predictable. By preparing me for complications they knew might be roadblocks in the process I wasn't surprised and no excuses had to be made when some of the roadblocks did present themselves. They also worked through the scheduling and rescheduling to reduce the negative affects of the Covid related roadblocks during the move. No one could ask for a more careful approach and attention to detail on the job. Rory, Miles and Rob, the muscle, were very smart on the job. Their previous experience really made a difference.
